Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Order Processing and Shipping
Please allow for 5-6 business days for orders to ship. The shipping time only starts once items are processed and picked up by USPS, UPS, Federal Express, or other shipping carrier. During times of high order volume, our small crew may need more time to process orders. We thank everyone for the patience while we prepare your orders.
Our Return/Exchange Policy is only valid 30 days after you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Once a saliva sample is returned to Fore Genomics, Inc., all sales are final and a refund cannot be offered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will offer refunds for 30 days after your order, if paid in full, but cannot offer refunds if financing is selected. No need to return the unused kit, it can just be discarded. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To return your product, first email email@example.com. One of our customer service representatives will be in contact with you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When preparing a return shipment of FORESITE 360, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
FORESITE 360 is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, FORESITE 360 is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. It is the customers’ responsibility to file any lost or damaged claims with the mail carrier. FORESITE 360 is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of mail carrier.
